A Galician gin created using pomace from Albarino grapes as well as eleven other botanicals such as juniper, ginger, hibiscus, and liquorice. The result is a complex, maritime style of gin with notes of white fruit, which is fresh, subtle, well balanced, and definitely a truly unique flavour!
