Description:

Traditional, by bleeding the yolk must with a slight prior maceration, after a static racking fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 15-17ºC. After a gentle clarification and cold stabilization, the wine is bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow with greenish tones. Delicate, fruity, with characteristic aromas of the variety (pear, pineapple). It is a young, cheerful, fresh wine with a good persistence on the palate.

Serve fresh at around 10-12ºC with shellfish or fish.
